2. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure product availability. However, certain items may be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

10. Order Lead Time
An order lead time period is the total duration from when a customer places an order until they receive the product or service, encompassing all stages like order processing, production or procurement, and shipping. Calculating this period is crucial for managing customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing inventory.
Cecilia de mos promises to have your order ready within 10 working days. In rare cases, a few additional days may be required to accommodate unforeseen company inconveniences.
11. Commission, Bonus & Withdrawal Cut-Off Dates
- Members are responsible for their own withdrawals, which must be initiated between the 1st and 15th of each month.
- Withdrawals requested within this period will be approved and recorded in time for payroll.
- Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month.
- Bonuses are paid on the 30th of each month.
12. Commission & Bonus Conditions
- A member may forfeit commission if monthly maintenance standards are not met.
- A member may lose rank-up status and bonuses if required targets are not achieved.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on this page, and the revised terms will take effect immediately.
